The sheer Beauty of ones own room....
Aug. 11th, 2003 02:00 am.. its always nice to go away but by god I prefer coming back.
The guy I really liked but never got his surname or number came in today and my lips are torn from their swelling in the heat so I look like I've been fighting.... three months and nothing and comes in because I'm swollen, hot and bleeding.
*hangs head at meaness of fate*
I spent my entire weekend in the company of plot bunnies, unhelpful little sods they are to have around at your workplace I can tell you, musing on how best to have one character order another to fellate them (yes I'm watching my language, does it show)and in what tone and why, is not the best way to keep a cool head in record breaking heatwaves whilst tying to save your (and indeed everyone elses) job..... although its with no small amount of satisfaction that I can report I've saved three staff members, not including myself, from being fired... I know I won't be fired... hell I might even get a raise or a halo for this weekend.
Oh... *sigh* and this is for my darling Sprocket.... it pains me to say it but I guess Kate Bosworth isn't so bad after all I watched Blue Crush and whilst the surf shots were good, it was essentially a sapfest designed for teens but I'll give her high marks for pulling off 'surfer girl' without acting like the pretentious wannabes we get around here... ;) but I still don't see the prettiness Sprock :P too Bo Derek for my taste.... *ducks*
